We deploy suitable men at the work site only after a strict recruitment procedure.  Qualification and work experience are thoroughly scrutinized and then the candidate undergoes a interview / selection test / technical interview.   After the recruitment of candidates we keep the employee well trained in technical skills, attitude, communication, behavior, civic sense, rules and regulations and safety systems.

7.                   If there is an emergency and the information has been passed to our people, what action will they take?

As soon as the complaint is received our site engineering team members rush to the spot and analyze the emergency and rectify the fault.  If it is a major one, which can not be rectified on the spot, alternative arrangements are made immediately.

8.                    How does ISO9002 certification help us?

Indeco Engineers’ Quality Policy is ‘Total Customer Satisfaction’.  ISO procedures help us to maintain the quality of our service.  ISO standards, procedures, formats, are being continuously implemented in the site.   It helps to study the history of equipment as also to take preventive actions and corrective action.

9.                    If there is an abnormality in the system, what do you do?

By deputing trained people for site study and based on the report the requirement is analyzed and accordingly the customer is informed for rectification.
